I'm Stephanie

An Irish woman, lover, mother, poetess and adventuress.

Twenty years working in a financial institution, I was stuck in my head. A task driven, house-proud perfectionist, bingeing on TV and in a relationship that felt transactional, I'd become an expert in ‘keeping the peace’ and ‘pushing through’.

Life felt mundane. I was feeling parched. Neglected. Cranky.

I didn't realise I was repressing the innate gifts of my birthright ‐ unapologetically loving the fullness of my womanhood and designing my life with lots of YUM!

I had dreams. Engaging. Enlivening. Enriching and…Hiding.
