Stephanie about Right Action Coaching

The Headlines

Living in Ireland Stephanie is the founder of Right Action Coaching.

Qualifying as a Personal and Business Coach with the Irish Life Coach Institute in 2007, soon after I completed my first marathon. What unfolded was a huge surprise!

An unleashed enthusiasm for long distance running guided me towards the Abbott World Marathon Majors where I crossed the finish line as Six Star Finisher in 2016. I still run, but less about ‘hitting the wall’ and more the innate feeling of aliveness.

Inspired by my passion for working with people ‐ who have jobs, families, routines and obligations ‐ I founded Right Action Coaching in 2018 and coached clients using a mindset approach for the success of their goals.

I yearned to work with more ease and to offer enriching depth for the women I partner with.

A tender longing drew me to the School of Embodied Arts and founder, Australian woman Jenna Ward. I graduated as a practitioner of Feminine Embodiment Coaching in 2022 and my feminine within rejoiced with an intimately joyful, YES!

Stephanie about Right Action Coaching

Right Action Coaching

My learning continues from working with each inspiring woman devoted to the skill of navigating her inner knowing and experiential wisdom ‐ where her body holds her creative source and meaningful decisions.

Right Action

The action that will take you to where you want to be can hide behind old patterns and beliefs. Opening to fresh discoveries, people and places is saying YES to your aliveness and creative impact.

Stephanie Between The Lines

Between the Lines

In my thirties I felt an irrepressible yearning to stretch the boundaries of my womanhood.

When my two daughters began school, and I was working in a job that restricted any creative agency, I faced an unsettling truth; extracting my self-worth from the roles I was playing ‐ in my job, my marriage and caretaking ‐ would invite disappointment and regret in midlife and my ensuing elder years.

I felt pulled in so many directions. To fit in with the cultural expectations of womanhood that collude with the values of outdated systems. I felt pressed upon by duty and caretaking to the needs and dreams of others to the limitations of my own.

A compelling desire to design a dynamic future was asking for my attention.

But I was feeling the disquieting effects of repressing the natural gifts of my birthright ‐ sincere pleasure, sensual aliveness and joy.

My energy levels were depleting. What was happening?

I Was Waiting

De-sensitization

De-sensitization to societal norms becomes a harmful norm when numbness, dissociation or alienation means we cannot put our finger on exactly the reason why we feel the way we do ‐ anxious, fatigued, boredom.

Eventually the truth hit home ‐ I was waiting!

Waiting for the day my ship would come in. I experienced the dread of time running out.

I stopped waiting once I got to know Stephanie better ‐ that my womanhood serving to cultural roles is not my true identity and I do not feel happiest or purposeful when performing to subscribed roles.

Getting To Know Me

Transition

I'd reached my goal to become an Abbott World Marathon Majors, Six Star Finisher, feeling accomplished and secure in my identity as marathoner.

While marathons provided opportunities to tick some boxes and celebrate success, beneath the surface lay a certain truth ‐ one day I would retire from sport. Then what?

Something felt missing. I wanted a dynamic life-design that felt YUM for the rest of my life.

Entering my fifties, personal explorations revealed a different curiosity ‐ of a deeply somatic kind. I want more sustainable depth, ease and sensuous aliveness as the autumnal season of my life unfolds.

For two decades I've self-coached daily. Feminine embodiment delivers sustainable resources for transitioning challenges as life unfolds. The skills feel like second nature and a sincere guiding companion.
